TENDER FOR PROVISION OF PETROLEUM AND ITS RELATED PRODUCTS TO ST.JTTID MOTOR VEHICLES
JOSEPH’S TTI is a public TVET college under the ministry of Education, state department of TVET. Its 12km from Bondo Town along Bondo Nango Road in Siaya County. The college hereby invites sealed application for the provision of petroleum and its related products. All interested and eligible bidders are invited to apply
- JOSEPH TECHNICAL INSTITUTE FOR THE DEAF invites sealed tenders from dully registered Oil Marketing Companies for provision of Fuel to INSTITUTE Motor vehicles for ONE (1) Year to be renewed at the sole discretion of INSTITUTE upon satisfactory performance of the supplier and availability of budget.
- Interested and eligible Oil Marketing Companies may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at procurement office, during normal office working hours.
- A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000.00 (Kenya shillings One Thousand Only) . The same documents can be accessed from institute Website www.stjosephsttid.ac.ke for free but bidders MUST register with procurement Department.
The bidder is informed that there shall be no pre-bid conference. In case bidders require clarification, please send your inquiries as per the details given in the tender notice
- Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from tender opening
- Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at administration block on or before ……..
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Oil Marketing Companies’ representatives who choose to attend at the institute.
Submission Instructions:
Interested tenderers must attach the following document:
- Valid copy of Certificate of Registration
- Valid copy of KRA pin and KRA compliance certificates
- Valid business permit
- Bank statements for the last six months/ Audited financial statement for the last two years
- Valid membership certificate from ministry of Energy
- Company profile
- EGP registration certificate
Completed tender documents must be serialized, signed, sealed, and deposited in the Tender Box at the Administration Block, addressed to:

P.O. Box 33 – 40601, Bondo.
Other Notes:
Tender prices must be inclusive of all taxes, in Kenya Shillings, and valid for 120 days.
Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
