Grounds Department

St. Joseph’s Technical Training Institute for the Deaf is a well ventilated and decorated under the Administration support.

Performs general cleaning and maintenance duties: This includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing floors, vacuuming, cleaning rugs and carpets, dusting and polishing furniture, emptying trash receptacles, and cleaning windows, walls, and ceilings. 

Maintains the grounds: This may include tasks like mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining landscaping. 

Assists with repairs: Depending on the institution, facility workers may also assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
